Please allow 10-14 business days for processing, as many of our items are made-to-order.

To ensure the least amount of waste possible and to follow sustainable business practices, we don’t keep significant stock on hand outside of the holiday market season (Oct-Dec), which means we will make the item for you once we receive your order.

Need it faster? Please contact us to arrange a rush order at an added cost.

To keep costs as low as possible for the customer, we prefer to use Stallion Express for general shipping. We know that shipping within Canada (and out of Canada!) is costly, and will continue to seek out lower-cost options wherever possible.

Currently, our mailing schedule is weekly on Tuesdays, as the closest Stallion Express depot is a 45-minute drive from the Random Fandom studio. 

All shipping times are dependent on order processing outside of the weekly shipping window.

We can currently only ship to Canada. :( 

Unfortunately, we are unable to add a discount once your order is submitted. You may be able to use the code on a future order, subject to the terms and conditions of the coupon or discount code.

Unfortunately, we’re unable to cancel or modify orders once they’ve been placed.

As a small business, we generally do not take returns. We will accept exchanges within 30 days of shipment within North America for an item of equal value, however shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanged products must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in the condition that the item was received. Exchanges that arrive in poor condition will be rejected, and the customer will be responsible for return shipping (or we will recycle the products on your behalf). Items may only be exchanged once.

Note that due to the nature of the product, all headwear, jewelry, “mystery box,” and sale products are final sale and not eligible for exchange.

We’re so sorry if we missed something! We do our best to fulfill every order accurately, but we’re a small team and like any human (don’t worry, the non-human team members aren’t fulfilling orders), we sometimes make mistakes.

Reports of missing or damaged merchandise must be made within one week of delivery. Proof of damages must be received via email in order to process the replacement and is subject to our discretion. If accepted & where available, we’ll gladly provide a replacement of the same product in the same size as ordered.

All apparel is embroidered on our Bai V22 or one of our smaller machines in our studio in Brantford, Ontario. Handmade jewelry is crafted in the same studio.

Aside from any one-of-a-kind thrifted items where size selection may vary, our apparel line currently offers S-3XL clothing (with occasional variations) in straight sizes.

We are committed to increasing our size range in the future, however as a new business in Canada, our access to affordable garment options is limited.

Our dream is to offer sustainable, size-inclusive options fully made in Canada with a local supplier—we’re not there yet, but we’re aiming high!

Our one-of-a-kind embroidered garments from thrifted finds are sourced locally, online, or from thrift shops visited on our travels! We don’t bulk purchase, nor do we act as resellers on thrift sites. We carefully select the items we plan to use and that we have a vision for.

However, it is certainly possible you have seen a similar design before. For some of our product lines, we purchase artwork from and/or work with artists who license their artwork to small businesses like ours to create apparel and other saleable items. This means that sometimes you may see a design or design element that looks familiar.

Where requested by the artist, we will provide artist credit directly on the listing.

We also create original designs using artwork that is under public domain or created directly by us.

Random Fandom does not and will never use AI artwork to create our product designs, write our website copy, or represent the business in any way.

Regarding our faux leather/leatherette or fabric products made from continuous design materials, unfortunately we cannot guarantee placement of specific design elements.
